Grundsätzlich war ich mit dem Service und dem Ersatzbike zufrieden und hatte danach einen tollen Tag im Bike Kingdom. Schade war nur, dass ich wegen eines Defekts am ersten Bike bereits nach kurzer Zeit zum Shop zurückkehren musste und dadurch wertvolle Fahrzeit verloren ging. Bei den doch hohen Mietpreisen fände ich es selbstverständlich, in einem solchen Fall proaktiv eine kleine Gutschrift oder einen Rabatt anzubieten. Das hätte das ansonsten sehr positive Erlebnis perfekt abgerundet.

I would recommend Pesko for renting a bike in the Bike Kingdom area. The bike I was given worked perfectly, was suitable for the terrain and the service in the shop was excellent. Ferry answered my questions, gave me trail recommendations and from reservation to being on the bike the process was quick and easy!
