Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und der Freundlichkeit des Personals. Da Bike hat leider nach kurzer Zeit gestreikt (Motor ist ausgefallen) und ich konnte damit nicht mehr weiterfahren. Das es das Bike in meiner Grösse nicht mehr gab, erhielt ich jedoch das Geld vollumfänglich zurück, was ich sehr schätzte. Somit war mein Erlebnis trotzdem sehr gut und ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

I was very satisfied with the bikes for me and my son and with the protective equipment. The only downside was that, as it was a very hot day, it would have been advisable to recommend a sleeveless or articulated chest protector.
