We have a very choppy one-and-a-half years behind us – the past several months involved enough emotional ups and downs for a lifetime. The extreme dynamics of every single moment were also hugely challenging for us. Those 120 days during which our business sometimes had to keep its doors completely closed, were definitely not easy. Lying in the wake is a global crisis unlike anything the last few generations have had to experience – a crisis which has cost us all an immense amount of strength.
